3.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content (such as reviews or comments), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for promotional purposes.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans and Microtransactions

DramaTV offers both freemium access and premium subscriptions that may include ad-free content, exclusive episodes, and other benefits.

You may unlock content through microtransactions or opt for a monthly or yearly subscription plan.

4.2 Billing and Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
